Aaron Fowles

Program Director

Aaron was a co-chair of the 2018 Save IRV Memphis campaign, which encouraged voters to preserve Ranked Choice Voting for Memphis municipal elections. He is also a co-founder of FairVote Tennessee. Before engaging in advocacy, Aaron was a public school teacher in Memphis. He holds an Ed.S. degree in Administration from Carson Newman University.

Carlos Ochoa

Communication Director

Carlos was the communication coordinator for the 2018 Save IRV Memphis campaign and is a co-founder of Ranked Choice Tennessee. He has 8 years of experience working in the nonprofit world ranging from sustainability, archaeology, worker advocacy and electoral reform. He is a father of one, holds a MA in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Arkansas and has lived in Memphis for 3 years.
